The Baker Institute on Public Policy is beginning to acknowledge Emergent LENR Energy, showing this recent report when doing a search on their site for LENR. Now they need to suggest public policy regarding fast track of LENR implementation.

  • This report completely misses out on LENR energy considerations.
  • Founded in 1993, Rice University’s Baker Institute ranks among the top 10 university-affiliated think tanks in the world.
  • As a premier nonpartisan think tank, the institute conducts research on domestic and foreign policy issues with the goal of bridging the gap between the theory and practice of public policy.
  • The Baker Institute has an obligation to the Rice University Endowment and its’ Chief Investment Officer and President of the Rice Management Company Allison Thacker.
  • Omission of emergent LENR energy economic considerations in relation to the carbon energy market is a failure in meeting these obligations, which may prove costly to the Endowment of Rice.
